libhdf5-mpich-10 software package provides Hierarchical Data Format 5 (HDF5) - runtime files - MPICH2 version, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhdf5-mpich-10
libhdf5-mpich-10 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhdf5-mpich-10 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhdf5-mpich-10 *
You will get with libhdf5-mpich-10 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
